Job Specification
We are looking for a Manager for our busy coffee house in the lovely town of Olney.
This is a hands on role, where you will be leading from the front with exceptional hospitality skills. We are a big part of the vibrant local community, so hosting our regular customers and visitors to the historic town are an important part of the day to day role.
Before applying, please do think about these important factors:
- The role does require you to have a good understanding of coffee.
- You will also need some decent coffee making skills,
- You must have experience at delivering excellent customer service.
- You must have managed a small team successfully.
- You must be able to work weekends.
